Academic Management Professionals (AMP)
Who We Are
AMP at UC Riverside provides a campuswide community for staff leaders and those aspiring to leadership roles. Our objectives are to:
-
Provide a forum for collaboration and resolution of shared challenges among AMP members.
-
Foster effective communication among teaching, research, service, and administrative professionals.
-
Offer professional development opportunities that expand skills, enhance job performance, and prepare staff for leadership roles.
-
Build networks and partnerships with campus groups such as Staff Assembly, LEAD, and BFASA to strengthen community and connection.
-
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion by supporting a campus climate where all staff feel valued and empowered
Through these efforts, AMP connects staff across UCR’s schools, colleges, and administrative units—linking our local community to the UC-wide AMP network and advancing a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
